Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used or opened items. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Process for Damaged or Incorrect Items

To be eligible for a refund or exchange for a damaged or incorrect item, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@savirun.com to alert us of the damage or error. Please include photos of the item. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
